Refund Policy

You may cancel your order, in writing (post, e-mail), at any time within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.

The goods must be returned, unused and in the same condition as you received them, at your expense. We will refund you the cost of the goods and the original carriage costs if you are returning all items on your order.

Please do not send any goods back without contacting us first. We will need to initiate a returns procedure to ensure that the returned goods are identified and that any refund or exchange is done as quickly as possible.
